Halfords Galway is hiring a friendly retail team member in our Galway store in the Republic of Ireland. You’ll assist customers, demonstrate products, and learn the practical aspects of our fitting services while earning €14.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Strong problem solving and numerical skills to meet targets.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Explain and illustrate the fitting services and product usage.
• Learn product knowledge and training to confidently advise customers.
• Maintain store standards and support overall sales efforts.
