Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in operations, engineering, science or related discipline.
• Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support department- and site-level activities by applying academic knowledge of operations, engineering, science or related discipline.
• Assist with process operations and help investigate technical or process-related issues.
• Record, escalate and support timely closure of Safety, Quality and Compliance incidents.
• Participate in cross-functional troubleshooting, investigation and problem-solving teams within the Vaccines IPT and across the site.
• Support material-management activities, including identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve availability and control costs.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous-improvement principles to practical workplace challenges.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects through data gathering, analysis, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives and participate in root-cause analysis using structured approaches such as FMEA, Fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys.
• Help identify process improvements and present recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
