Job summary

Partner Company in Ireland is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, accessible digital experiences across multiple business lines. You will design responsive websites, landing pages, and digital products, balancing user needs with business objectives and collaborating with developers for a smooth handoff.

The role involves leading designs from concepts to production-ready specs, building and applying design systems, and ensuring consistency across enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, or digital products.
• Portfolio showing flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and digital experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows.
• Experience with design systems, reusable interface components, and established design patterns.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience preparing detailed design specifications and assets for developer implementation.
• Ability to create effective design solutions across different touchpoints and multiple business lines.
• Strong visual and verbal communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile mindset with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user-centered digital experiences from early concepts through to developer handoff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure interfaces are functional, accessible, visually consistent, and aligned with business goals.
• Design responsive websites, landing pages, and digital products across multiple business lines.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and production-ready design specifications.
• Build, maintain, and apply design systems, component libraries, and reusable interface patterns.
• Use Figma to create designs, prototypes, and component-based solutions while supporting efficient developer handoff.
• Apply principles of responsive design, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Adapt designs to enterprise, multi-brand, or multi-site environments and support content management systems where required.
• Manage competing priorities, respond to changing project requirements, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
