Job summary

Hilti Ireland is seeking an experienced Utilities Regional Account Manager to lead the Large Projects Team, visiting customers on-site and in offices to tailor Hilti’s tools, software (ON!Track, Fieldwire, VanGateway), and services to their needs.

You will manage a defined territory with autonomy, building long-term relationships and delivering value through problem-solving and collaboration with clients at construction sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Utilities or services background (Electrical/Engineering).
• Overhead Linesperson or Overhead Lineworker experience preferable.
• Sub-station or transmission systems knowledge.
• Sales or commercial experience a distinct advantage.
• Full working rights in Ireland and a valid driver’s license.
• Tendering and contract documents familiarity.
• Field based equipment and engineering tools knowledge.
• Reliable and successful selling experience with targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the account activity of defined customers with other account managers to ensure site level delivery.
• Develop existing accounts as well as establishing high level contacts.
• Provide efficient solutions and technical support on building sites backed by Hilti’s products and services.
• Understand and deliver trade-specific value propositions.
• Promotion and demonstration of Hilti products using a branded vehicle.
• Coordinate specific project activity of defined customers with other account managers.
