YCG - Embedded Talent Acquisition & Talent Solutions is recruiting a Foreman - Utilities for a high-profile underpass project at Dublin Airport. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision of utilities diversions demolition and construction on a live site, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with programme and airport procedures.

You will lead site crews and subcontractors, plan daily works, allocate resources, and coordinate with adjacent trades, while upholding HSEQ standards and

Qualifications

• Trade background with significant experience as a Utilities Foreman.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Strong safety awareness and working knowledge of HSEQ requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site crews and subcontractors carrying out utilities works, including reinforced concrete, formwork, steel fixing, concrete pours.
• Plan and organize daily works in line with the short-term programme and site priorities.
• Allocate labour, plant, and materials efficiently to meet programme targets.
• Ensure works are coordinated with adjacent trades and disciplines.
• Enforce compliance with all HSEQ requirements and airport safety procedures.
• Maintain daily site diaries and progress reports, and support handover activities.
