Job summary
YCG - Embedded Talent Acquisition & Talent Solutions is seeking a Foreman - Structures for a high-profile Dublin Airport West Apron Vehicle Underpass project. You will oversee day-to-day supervision of structural construction activities, lead site crews and subcontractors, and ensure works meet safety, quality, and programme requirements.
Reporting to the Site Agent – Structures, you will coordinate with Construction Engineers, manage resources, and drive productivity while maintaining airside
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of site crews and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of drawings, method statements and sequencing.
- Good knowledge of safety requirements in live, airport environments.
- Excellent communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site crews and subcontractors on structural works.
- Plan daily works in line with programme and site priorities.
- Allocate labour, plant and materials to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ and airport safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections.
- Maintain daily site diaries and progress records.
- Coordinate with Site Agent – Structures and engineers.
