Qualifications

• Experience as a Structures Foreman or Chargehand.
• Proven experience supervising reinforced concrete and structural works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site crews and subcontractors carrying out structural works (reinforced concrete, formwork, steel fixing).
• Plan and organise daily works in line with the programme and site priorities.
• Allocate labour, plant and materials to meet targets and coordinate with adjacent trades.
