Job summary

Hamilton in Dublin is seeking an Underwriting Operations Analyst to support data capture for our underwriting systems across multiple lines of business. You will work with the Underwriting team to ensure accurate data, resolve queries, and maintain high quality standards essential to financial reporting.

The role requires strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Outlook). Prior Eclipse experience and Lloyd's exposure are advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong numerical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Experience capturing and processing data accurately.
• Team player with ability to work toward individual targets.
• Experience with Lloyd's of London is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Capture accurate and complete data in the underwriting system.
• Develop knowledge of slips for multiple lines of business.
• Process underwriting documentation within SLA to ensure timely data capture.
• Resolve queries within the team or with Underwriting Assistants.
• Quality assurance of data entry.
• Act in accordance with supervisory bodies and regulations.
