Job summary

Treatwell in Dublin seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our partner base and drive revenue across the UK & Ireland. You will prospect, demo, and tailor Treatwell packages while collaborating with marketing and analytics to optimize results.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will onboard new partners and maintain CRM records to hit monthly targets. Strong communication and a data-driven mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Experience in a 360 sales role with ownership of the full sales cycle.
• Ambitious, proactive and able to learn quickly while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new partner opportunities across Dublin through outbound and inbound channels.
• Run product demos for prospective partners and tailor packages to client needs.
• Onboard new partners with support from the Training team and CRM updates.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate activity records in CRM.
