Job summary

PayPal UK seeks an experienced risk professional to lead credit policy governance, partnering with Enterprise Credit, Compliance and Legal to align policies with regulatory and local market requirements. You will monitor policy execution, perform risk assessments, and support audits while contributing to risk appetite, KRIs and governance frameworks.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience aligning policies with regulatory and local market requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead PayPal UK credit policy SLOD governance with compliance and legal.
• Oversee FLOD policy execution, breach tracking, and appetite reviews.
• Conduct Credit Risk Assessments, BIAs, and Business Continuity planning.
• Develop UK credit risk appetite, KRIs, and governance frameworks.
• Analyse business trends to inform risk-based decisions.
• Provide independent challenge to first-line risk management.
