Job summary

Amach is seeking a Risk & Compliance Lead to strengthen its risk, compliance and governance framework in Ireland. This senior, hands-on role combines business partnering with practical delivery across enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, privacy, financial crime, internal controls and incident remediation.

You will own risk activities, maintain registers, report to senior leadership and embed robust governance across the organisation while partnering with stakeholders to drive improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, compliance, governance, privacy, financial crime, legal or internal controls.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
• Experience maintaining risk registers and producing senior-level reporting.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and providing practical advice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused with ownership from ID to resolution.
• Confident to challenge constructively with a commercial mindset.

• Coordinate incidents, breaches, investigations and remediation activity.

A growing technology organisation is looking for a Risk & Compliance Lead to help strengthen its risk, compliance and governance framework.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can combine commercial business partnering with practical delivery. You’ll work across enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, privacy, financial crime, internal controls, policies, incidents and remediation.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders but is also comfortable getting into the detail, owning actions and seeing things through to completion.
