Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Regulatory Response Analyst (Turkish) to join the Trust & Safety team in Dublin. You will manage front-line responses to regulatory incidents, coordinate with Legal, Policy and Engineering, and help shape policies and tooling through data-driven insights.

The role requires a Turkish and English speaker with 4+ years in a fast-paced environment, flexibility for global hours, and a readiness to engage with cross-functional teams on safety, risk and compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in Trust & Safety Operations or Incident, Policy, Risk or Crisis Management roles
• Fluency in Turkish and English to effectively engage with regional stakeholders and global teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility with global working hours and some weekend rotations on a rotation basis
• Knowledge of cultural sensitivities and regional differences in harmful content definitions and enforcement

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve reported incidents across multiple channels for TikTok and coordinate responses to global partners inquiries
• Participate in risk containment efforts across cross-functional teams to handle and respond to crises
• Analyze incident trends, systems and data to develop improvements to incident processes and drive improvements across process, policy and product
• Stakeholder collaboration: use data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and transform frontline signals into product, policy, and detection enhancements
• Conduct analysis and review market data to identify root causes and implement lessons learned into policies, processes, and tooling improvements
