ElevenLabs is seeking a Security and Trust Operations Lead in Europe to design and implement systems that streamline trust workflows, enhance risk decision‑making, and support responsible growth.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing and Engineering to drive accountability, provide insights, and build dashboards that inform policy decisions. This remote-first role offers flexibility across Europe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Operations or Risk Operations at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end solutions from data collection to execution.
• Experience collaborating with Policy, Legal or Safety teams.
• Strong analytical, risk-focused, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end process management for trust and safety functions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Growth to improve trust infrastructure.
• Partner with leadership to deliver insights and risk reporting.
• Oversee analytics and dashboards to inform policy decisions.
• Lead reporting and KPIs to measure trust and safety impact.
