ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Partner to shape and build our rapidly growing ER function. You will lead performance processes, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with Legal and external counsel as needed.

This remote-first role can be executed from anywhere in Europe or the East Coast USA. You’ll craft playbooks, train leaders, and help reduce risk while maintaining fairness and discretion in a fast-moving

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience leading employee relations cases, including performance management, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries.
• Strong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and fairness.

• Lead formal employee relations processes end-to-end with leads and partners.
• Run investigations into misconduct, grievances, and complaints with thorough documentation.
• Manage disciplinary, dismissal, and exit matters in partnership with Legal.
