Job summary

Meta is seeking a Project Manager to support integrity operations across platforms, coordinating cross-functional workflows with privacy, policy, and engineering teams. You will track milestones, surface gaps, and drive scalable processes to mitigate abusive actor activity at scale.

The role focuses on operational excellence, procedures, and data-driven improvements, partnering with legal, policy, and Trust & Safety teams to advance Meta's defenses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management within trust and safety or policy enforcement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving legal, policy, or enforcement in tech.
• Experience tracking status, timelines, and reporting to stakeholders across multiple streams.
• Experience working with operational data or case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project workflows supporting abusive actor detection, investigation, and enforcement operations across integrity teams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for integrity operations initiatives, escalating risks and blockers to stakeholders.
• Partner with trust and safety, policy, legal, and engineering teams to align on operational requirements and project scope.
• Maintain and update project documentation, process maps, and status reports for transparency across cross-functional partners.
• Support the design and implementation of scalable operational processes for managing abusive actor case workflows.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or gaps in integrity enforcement pipelines and surface recommendations.
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional reviews of integrity incidents, ensuring findings are documented and action items tracked to resolution.
• Contribute to development of standard operating procedures and playbooks for abusive actor response operations.
• Facilitate regular syncs and working sessions with integrity operations stakeholders to drive alignment and momentum.
