Job summary

Accenture Ireland invites applications for a Trust & Safety New Associate – Viacon (Persian) based in Sandyford, Dublin 18. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with a 40-hour work week in a 24/7 environment, focusing on content review and AI evaluation to uphold safety standards.

You will engage in content moderation, model evaluation, and collaboration to improve Responsible AI practices while developing resilience and cross-language skills in English and Persian.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Persian.
• Ability to make objective decisions per client policies.

• Ability to synthesize and analyse information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and, where required, remove content per client policies.
• Analyse profiles, audio, video and text using designated tools.
• Investigate and resolve content-related issues from users or automated systems.
• Apply policies consistently in moderation decisions.
• Stay updated on client policies and guidelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for safety concerns and policy compliance.
• Develop prompt strategies to test language models across scenarios.
• Analyse AI responses for appropriateness and usage of DISCLAIMERS.
• Identify weaknesses and risks in AI-generated outputs.
• Support structured testing of AI systems and adversarial scenarios.
• Collaborate with team to identify trends and improve processes.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of moderation practices and guidelines.
