Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Trust & Safety New Associate – Viacon (Persian language) in Sandyford, Dublin 18, Ireland. The role involves reviewing user profiles, audio, video and text content, and evaluating AI-generated responses to ensure alignment with safety standards and client policies.

You will contribute to Responsible AI practices, apply moderation guidelines, and help advance content safety in a 24/7 operational environment.

Qualifications

• Strong English and Persian proficiency.
• Experience in content moderation or Trust & Safety is a plus.
• Ability to analyze multimedia content and AI outputs objectively.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify content in line with client policies.
• Analyse profiles, audio, video and text using designated tools.
• Investigate and resolve content-related issues; escalate when needed.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for safety concerns and policy compliance.
• Develop prompt strategies to test large language models across scenarios.
