Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content moderation and/or responsible AI governance, policy, and consulting work.
• Demonstrated ability to jailbreak large language models and create effective prompts for interrogation (RAI specific roles).
• Over 18 years of age.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication and language skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove, work with, view, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze the model's responses for appropriateness, refusals, or disclaimers.
• Collaborate with team members to build best practices for content moderation and governance.
• Manage projects related to responsible AI, including goals, timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in team meetings, training programs and process improvements.
