Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Trust & Safety New Associate in Dublin, Ireland for a 12-month, full-time contract. The role requires analyzing and reviewing user content across formats, adhering to client guidelines, and escalating issues as needed.

You will work in a 24/7 environment with flexible hours and have access to well-being resources and training. Ideal candidates have strong resilience, English B2 and Greek B2, and excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong coping, emotional resilience and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and language skills (English B2 & Greek B2).
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of biases, in line with client policies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize information from multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels.
• Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team.
• Serve as an advocate for the user community; participate in process improvements.
• Engage in continuous training and workgroup discussions for development.
• Work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 environment.
