Job summary

Accenture is hiring for a Trust & Safety New Associate in Dublin, Ireland. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) on a 12-month contract with potential extension. The team processes and moderates user content to maintain safe online environments, requiring resilience and strong language skills in English and Persian.

The role supports content analysis, policy updates, and collaboration with the Trust & Safety team, with shifts including weekends and holidays to cover a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Strong coping and resilience; able to manage stress in a 24/7 environment.
• Excellent comprehension and language skills in English (B2) and Persian (B2).
• Ability to be objective and adhere to client policies.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specified tools.
• Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team.
• Serve as an advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
