Job summary

Swissport in Dublin is seeking a Trucking Co-Ordinator to oversee the Irish trucking operation. You will supervise planning of trucks and sub-contractors, coordinating with cargo office and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries across Ireland.

Applicants should have 5+ years in trucking/logistics, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel/Word and logistics software. Weekend flexibility is required to cover shifts throughout the year.

Swissport is seeking a Trucking Co‑Ordinator to oversee the Irish Trucking Operation and report to the Trucking Manager for Ireland. The role will see you take responsibility for managing and supervising the planning of our trucks and sub‑contractors throughout our logistics network in Ireland. As part of a small team, you will be overseeing day‑to‑day operations in our trucking department at Dublin, ensuring all shipments and deliveries/collections are handled and executed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also work closely with the cargo office and warehouse staff at Dublin, Cork, Shannon and the respective UK offices to ensure that all trucks are correctly planned, loaded and dispatched to meet the high standards for quality and accuracy that is required by our customers.
