Job summary

Beazley is implementing the FIS Integrity Treasury Management System to enhance treasury operations across the Group. The role leads Treasury's contribution to the implementation programme and provides support across core treasury operations.

The successful candidate will act as Treasury SME for Cash Management workstream, collaborating with project, technology and finance teams to define requirements, support design and drive delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate treasury experience including cash management, liquidity management and cash forecasting.
• Experience supporting Treasury Management System implementations or treasury transformation programmes.
• Experience translating business requirements into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as Treasury's SME for the FIS Integrity implementation.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design.
• Support future-state cash management, liquidity and forecasting processes.
• Translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Support testing, data validation, issue resolution and go-live activities.
• Design and embed treasury controls and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers, technology teams and external partners to meet milestones.
• Drive process improvements and standardisation across Treasury activities.
• Develop operating procedures and training materials.
