Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. in Dublin 22 seeks a detail-oriented Treasury Assistant to support cash, banking and debt management in a fast-paced data centre environment.

The role covers daily payment processing, cash balance reporting and forecasting, and collaboration with accounting, payroll and AR/AP teams. The successful candidate will have a 3rd level degree in Finance or Accounting, 1+ year treasury experience, and strong IT skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook; NetSuite ERP

Qualifications

• 3rd level degree in Finance or Accounting; recognised treasury or accounting certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Treasury environment (Banking or Corporate) is an advantage.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Previous use of NetSuite ERP and AIB IBB banking system is an advantage but not required.
• Strong financial understanding, with some proficiency in financial modelling / forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrable analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of payments on banking payment platforms.
• Cash balance reporting and review.
• Cash forecasting in collaboration with accounting, payroll, AR and AP teams.
• Treasury back office and middle office duties including deals with banks.
• Bank account set-up and AML/KYC compliance.
• Ad hoc treasury projects and SOP documentation.
