Job summary

Ryanair is seeking a Treasury Back Office Admin to join our Finance Department in Swords, Ireland. Based in our Airside Business Park office, you’ll support treasury reconciliations and settlements as part of a fast-paced team.

You will engage with front and middle offices and external banks, handling daily tasks, settlements and ad-hoc work. SAP experience is advantageous; we offer a defined contribution pension, travel benefits and progressive leave entitlements.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury back-office reconciliations and settlements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile Ryanair Group bank accounts.
• Agree treasury trades with third-party confirmations (deposits, loans, FX, swaps).
• Liaise with front and middle office daily.
• Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure timely confirmations.
• Handle bank settlements both daily and weekly.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager.
