Job summary

Ryanair is seeking a Treasury Back Office Admin to join our Finance Department at the Swords head office. The role involves reconciling bank accounts, confirming trades with third parties, and coordinating with front and middle offices to ensure timely settlement.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with financial systems; SAP experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of financial systems is desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• SAP experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and reconciling various Ryanair Group bank accounts.
• Agreeing all treasury trades with third party confirmations (e.g. deposits, loans, foreign exchange, swaps and other derivative trades, interest rate settings, etc.).
• Liaising with front and middle office on a daily basis.
• Liaising with financial institutions to ensure 3rd party confirmations are received in a timely manner in line with Treasury procedures.
• Sending and receiving all bank settlement transfers both daily/ weekly.
• Ad-hoc work allocated by manager.
