Job summary

Ryanair, Europe’s favourite airline, invites applications for a Treasury Back Office Admin to join the Finance Department. The role is based at our Head Office in Airside Business Park, Swords, and is a temporary maternity cover contract for 9–12 months.

Key duties include reconciling Ryanair Group bank accounts, confirming treasury trades, liaising with front and middle office, and ensuring timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Maintaining and reconciling Ryanair Group bank accounts.
• Agreeing all treasury trades with third party confirmations.
• Liaising with front and middle office daily.
• Liaising with financial institutions to ensure 3rd party confirmations are received in a timely manner.
• Responsible for sending and receiving all bank settlement transfers both daily/ weekly.
• Working knowledge of financial systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile Ryanair Group bank accounts.
• Agree and confirm treasury trades with third parties.
• Liaise with front and middle office daily.
• Coordinate with financial institutions for confirmations.
• Manage daily/weekly bank settlement transfers.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
