Job summary

Coll-8 Logistics, part of the Evri Group, is seeking an experienced 3PL Operations Team Leader to join our busy Swords warehouse. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding operational teams, driving KPIs, and delivering high standards of safety and service for customers.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead from the front, coach staff, plan resources, and oversee shift handovers, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth parcel movement.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in 3PL/logistics, warehouse, fulfilment, parcel or distribution.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Proven experience managing KPIs, productivity and operational performance.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

About the Role

Coll-8, part of the Evri Group, is looking for an experienced 3PL Operations Team Leader to join our growing logistics operation in Swords.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment. You will be responsible for leading operational teams, driving performance against KPIs, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and ensuring excellent service delivery for our customers.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will lead from the front, support and develop your team, and help deliver the smooth movement of parcels through a busy 3PL operation.
