Responsibilities

• Query Management & Communication: Manage and respond to customer queries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner.
• Transport Administration & Systems: Update internal systems with delivery issues, shortages, and discrepancies reported by drivers or carriers.
• Billing & Financial Administration: Carry out customer billing in line with agreed SLAs and discrepancy codes.
• POD Management & Reporting: Ensure all PODs are returned in line with customer SLAs and generate POD reports.
• Operational Support & Issue Resolution: Create and arrange transport uplifts and resolve delivery/collection issues.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Adhere to company policies and work with colleagues to support operational efficiency.
