Job summary

ESB is seeking an experienced Transmission professional to support performance management, monitoring and reporting across TAO/TSO processes. The role focuses on multiannual planning, audits, public consultations, quarterly reports and CRU submissions.

The successful candidate will work with ESB Networks Transmission and other teams in a national role, with hybrid working arrangements and regular stakeholder engagement across Dublin, Midlands and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ relevant experience with emphasis on performance monitoring and reporting.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build relationships with EirGrid and internal stakeholders to enable clear TAO/TSO collaboration.
• Collaborate with Regulation, Programme, Finance, E&MP and Regions to deliver TAO requirements.
• Monitor and report on transmission delivery in PR5, focusing on incentive income.
• Lead improvements to TAO/TSO processes, including the Transmission Outage Programme and capital works delivery.
• Support the team with innovative plans to meet PR5 challenges and evolving needs.
