Job summary

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Ireland is seeking a Project Associate - Transition Support to assist Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) with information, guidance and access to relevant services to support their transition and independence.

The role focuses on coordinating activities, monitoring project implementation, and collaborating with partners while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting for program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related field.
• Three years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a High School diploma with five years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project activity implementation and monitoring.
• Retrieve and analyze project data.
• Support development of Transition Support strategy through research and needs assessment.
• Maintain and update referral pathways and service information by liaising with stakeholders.
• Draft status reports, correspondence and other documentation; participate in meetings.
• Coordinate activities with partners; monitor implementing partners and report non-compliance.
