Job summary

The International Organization for Migration in Ireland is seeking a Caseworker – Transition Support to assist Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) with housing, integration and future pathways. The role requires individualized casework, needs assessment, information provision and referrals to services.

Reporting to the Senior Protection Associate, you will implement activities, analyse data, draft reports, coordinate with state centres and partners, and ensure timely processing of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience as described.
• Experience working with migrants, refugees or vulnerable groups.
• Prior experience with international humanitarian organizations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and monitoring of project activities.
• Retrieve, compile, analyse and present information on project topics.
• Support Transition Support strategy development with research and needs analysis.
• Assess screening outcomes to identify individual needs for case planning.
• Coordinate with state centres, authorities and partners to ensure timely processing.
• Disseminate information on services and provide referrals as needed.
