International Organization for Migration (IOM) Ireland is seeking a Project Associate – Transition Support to assist Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs). The role focuses on providing accurate information, tailored guidance and one-on-one support to help beneficiaries navigate transitions toward independence and stability.
The position reports to the Senior Protection Associate and operates under the supervision of the CoM.

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and direct supervision of the Senior Protection Associate, the Project Associate – Transition Support will be responsible and accountable supporting the requirements of the project by assisting Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) in IOM Ireland.
This role will focus on supporting BOTPs through periods of transition by providing accurate information, guidance and individualised assistance tailored to their circumstances. The role will also support beneficiaries to understand available options, access relevant services and address barriers affecting their pathway towards greater independence and stability. The role will include other programme-related responsibilities as required.
