RBK Chartered Accountants in Ireland is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior to join our international tax TP team. You will work closely with the Transfer Pricing Director on a varied portfolio of multinational and mid-market clients, focusing on documentation, benchmarking, and pricing analyses.

Roles can be tailored to your experience, offering exposure to advisory work across TP heads, compliance, and potential broader tax projects.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of relevant transfer pricing experience.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS, and local TP regulations.
• Experience with TP documentation, benchmarking analyses, and drafting reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with TP databases (CapitalIQ, RoyaltyStat, TP Catalyst) preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to stay updated on TP developments.

Aufgaben

• Deliver transfer pricing projects end-to-end, including scoping and benchmarking.
• Draft and review TP reports, memoranda, intercompany agreements, pricing of intangibles.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries under senior supervision.
• Conduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support pricing models.
• Support TP audits and disputes, defend documentation before tax authorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on structuring, cross-border transactions.
