Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of transfer pricing experience in multinational or Big 4 environments.
• Strong technical transfer pricing expertise including OECD TP guidelines and international requirements.
• Experience supporting TP strategy, business transformations and complex cross-border transactions.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and ability to translate concepts into business solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the Group's global transfer pricing strategy.
• Provide TP input on business initiatives, restructurings, operating model changes, acquisitions and new market expansions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to reflect TP considerations in commercial decisions.
• Evaluate TP implications of evolving business models and propose practical solutions.
• Oversee the Group's TP compliance framework, documentation and reporting processes.
• Review quarterly TP monitoring and testing activities and maintain intercompany agreements.
