Job summary

RBK is recruiting a Transfer Pricing Senior to join the international tax – Transfer Pricing team. You will work directly with the TP Director on a portfolio of multinationals and fast-growing international businesses, handling end-to-end TP projects while supporting broader tax compliance and advisory work.

Roles can be tailored around experience, with opportunities to broaden into consultancy across tax heads or specialise within transfer pricing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant transfer pricing experience in a professional services consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS framework, and local transfer pricing regulations.
• Hands-on experience with transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking analyses, financial modelling, and drafting technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transfer pricing projects end-to-end, including scoping, benchmarking, documentation, and economic analyses.
• Draft and review transfer pricing reports, memos, intercompany agreements and pricing of intangibles.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries under supervision of senior team members.
• Conduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support intercompany pricing models.
• Support clients during TP audits and disputes, defend documentation before tax authorities, and contribute to disputes resolution.
• Stay updated on transfer pricing laws, BEPS guidance, EU and local regulations.
• Build and maintain client relationships and align TP policies with business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on structuring, cross-border transactions, IP and intergroup financing.
• Review and mentor junior team members; contribute to training and knowledge sharing.
• Manage budgets, billing, WIP, and ensure timely high-quality delivery.
• Identify business development opportunities and assist in proposals.
