Job summary

Atrium (EMEA) in Dublin is seeking a Transfer Agency professional to support the TA Dealing team. You will ensure timely processing, prepare client reports, and mentor junior members while coordinating with India and Ireland teams.

The role requires Transfer Agency and financial services experience with a client-facing orientation, and offers a 3-days-onsite hybrid schedule in Dublin through end of 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Transfer Agency experience is required.
• Financial services experience is required.
• Previous client facing experience is favourable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader in day to day activities and deputise in their absence.
• Oversee processing quality and timeliness in India.
• Act as escalation point for unresolved issues for the India TA Dealing team and junior members in Ireland.
• Produce day to day client reporting (Prediction, cash, register reports).
• Manage workflow queues and analysis.
• Own TA Dealing team activity for assigned clients.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timeframes.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and checklists.
• Perform data protection checks and align external communications with TA policy.
• Collaborate with other TA areas (New Business, Investor Services, Registration, Finance).
• Offer input to process changes for efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior partners.
• Demonstrate technical soundness and cross-area knowledge.
• Engage with projects across teams and respond to client/investor queries promptly.
