We are currently seeking a Transfer Agency Associate to join our Shareholder Services team. The Shareholder Services team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional investor experience, managing the onboarding of new investors and maintaining high standards of client service throughout the investor lifecycle. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of the onboarding process, from initial account set-up and documentation review through to ongoing due diligence and regulatory checks. This role involves working with a diverse range of investors, including institutional clients, pension funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Success in the position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
