Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or equivalent with 2.2 honours or higher.
• Experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services preferred.
• AML knowledge is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary point of contact for investors and maintain client relationships.
• Support onboarding of new investors, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Review FATCA and CRS documentation and perform due diligence checks.
• Conduct quality control to ensure investor records are accurate.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory obligations daily.
• Collaborate with colleagues across international offices to meet team objectives.
• Identify, manage and resolve client service issues with timely communication.
