Job summary

LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited is seeking a Transfer Agency Associate to join the Shareholder Services team in Dublin. The role involves onboarding new investors, performing regulatory checks, and ensuring high standards of service throughout the investor lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree and experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required with 2.2 Honours or equivalent.
• Experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services within the funds industry preferred.
• Professional qualifications or further education in a related discipline is advantageous.
• Must be self-motivated with proactive and innovative work approach.
• Knowledge of AML processes is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for investors and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist onboarding of new investors and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Review FATCA/CRS documentation and perform due diligence checks.
• Conduct quality control reviews of investor records for accuracy and completeness.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory obligations daily.
• Collaborate with colleagues across international offices to meet team goals.
