Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with relevant deal advisory experience.
• Experience in Financial Due Diligence or transaction advisory is beneficial, but not essential.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to interpret data for insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Transaction Services engagements, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments.
• Review financial information to identify trends, performance drivers, potential risks and areas of value creation.
• Assist in preparing high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations and supporting analysis.
• Work collaboratively with clients, management teams and other advisors throughout the transaction process.
• Apply strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights that support investment decisions.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
