Job summary

Interpath Ltd in Dublin is expanding its Dublin-based Valuations team and is recruiting for an Assistant Manager. You will engage with a variety of clients on high-profile valuation assignments across Ireland and Europe, developing wide-ranging valuations knowledge and skill set.

The role offers exposure to diverse projects including disputes, M&A and financial reporting valuations, with opportunity to work with Interpath service lines and international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CFA (or equivalent) with relevant valuations experience.
• A strong interest in Deals, M&A and valuation advisory, with experience of valuation methodologies and financial modelling.
• Well-developed analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Time management skills, with ability to prioritise competing project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research on industries, comparable companies and transactions to inform valuation processes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and perform detailed analysis to support valuations.
• Interpret financial statements and relevant financial data to construct meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Effectively communicate valuation analysis and results to clients and internal teams.
• Attend site visits and meet management teams to better understand clients and business.
• Prepare first draft valuations and present internally.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
• Support business development activities, proposals and client relationship initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new approaches and improvement strategies.
