Job summary

Interpath is expanding its Dublin-based Valuations team and recruiting for a Manager. Working as part of a team, you will engage with a variety of clients on high-profile valuation assignments while developing wide-ranging valuations knowledge and skill set.

Responsibilities include performing high-quality valuation analyses, building robust financial models, and collaborating with Interpath service lines across Ireland and Europe to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CFA (or equivalent) with relevant valuations experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modelling capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed valuation analyses using multiple methodologies for diverse engagements.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support valuations.
• Interpret financial statements to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Present valuation results to clients and internal teams, maintaining clarity and precision.
• Collaborate with Deals, M&A, and Restructuring service lines and global teams.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and client expectations.
