Interpath is expanding its Transaction Services team in Ireland, with roles based in Dublin or Belfast. You will work on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, collaborating with senior leaders and Interpath’s global network to deliver high-quality advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with relevant TS/FDD/audit experience.
• Experience in Financial Due Diligence or transaction advisory beneficial.
• Strong audit candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and insights.
• Commercially minded with interest in M&A and private equity.
• Confident communicator with client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience from Big4/mid-tier advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Transaction Services engagements including buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence.
• Review and analyze financial information to identify trends and risks.
• Assist in preparing high-quality client deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, management and other advisors through the transaction process.
• Apply analytical skills to interpret financial data for investment insights.
• Take ownership of workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues via clear communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland and Interpath’s wider international Deals network.
• Contribute to business development through market research and proposals.
• Develop technical knowledge and stay updated on transaction trends.
