Job summary

Interpath Advisory is expanding its Deal Advisory platform in Ireland, delivering strategic financial consulting to clients across FS and non-FS sectors. You will lead advisory mandates, work with senior leaders, and collaborate across Transaction Services, Capital Advisory, and Debt Advisory while traveling within Munster and client sites as required.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, modelling, and development of strategic options, with strong communication and client relationship

Qualifications

• Strong academic background, with relevant experience gained within a Big 4 firm, advisory boutique, investment bank, corporate bank, or similar environment
• Experience in financial analysis, business planning, and financial modelling
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build, interpret, and present financial models effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a highly analytical mindset
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within team environments

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of advisory mandates across both FS and non-FS sectors, helping clients navigate complex strategic and financial challenges
• Analyse financial performance, business plans, and cash flow forecasts to assess company viability
• Conduct market assessments, financial modelling, and scenario analysis to support client decision-making
• Assist in the development of strategic options, including refinancing, business planning, performance improvement, and transaction-related activities
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and financial analysis
• Manage multiple workstreams and contribute to the timely delivery of projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality delivery and effective communication
• Collaborate with colleagues across Transaction Services, Capital Advisory, and Debt Advisory to deliver integrated client solutions
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and sector-specific insights

As part of Interpath's continued growth in Ireland, we are beginning theexpansion of our national coverage, which forms part of our broader Deal Advisory platform, including Transaction Services,Strategic Financial Advisory, and Capital Advisory. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established, fast-growing and entrepreneurial team, working closely with experienced senior leaders across a broad range of engagements.

The Role

You will contribute to our mission of delivering best-in-class advisory services to clients across Ireland, leveraging Interpath’s global insights to achieve outstanding client outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to lead advisory mandates across Financial Services and non-Financial Services sectors, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role involves collaborating with colleagues across the business on a broad range of deal-related and strategic engagements.

The role will be based primarily in the Munster region, with some attendance at client sites and other Interpath offices as required. Flexibility to travel will therefore be expected to ensure client and wider business requirements are met.
