Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver and coordinate training for operational teams on OHL projects in Ireland. You will mentor Linesmen and field personnel, working with the Training Manager to identify needs across the business and liaise with ESB for standards and future requirements.

You will coordinate sessions, assessments and development plans, support training at the Summerhill facility, and guide staff on safe practices. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong practical background within Overhead Lines (OHL) is essential.
• Previous Linesman experience is highly desirable.
• PICW or COW experience would be a major advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Good organisational and coordination skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and own training requirements.

Requirements

• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of training requirements.
