Job summary

KTL Naas, Ireland is seeking a Poling Supervisor to manage poling crews on projects, delivering Right First Time to H&S standards and within budget.

You will supervise KTL and sub‑contractor crews, ensure works are properly scoped, report issues promptly, maintain safety and quality, and meet client specifications.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role with knowledge of OHL Poling Standards.
• Strong understanding of project methodology and delivering projects.
• Live poling experience desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise KTL and sub-contractor poling crews on projects.
• Ensure site works are properly scoped and issues reported timely.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, to client quality standards and within budget.
• Establish and maintain quality standards and project methodology across all site works.
• Ensure health and safety compliance is maintained per policies.
• Familiar with client specifications and ensure teams deliver on requirements.

Job Scope

The Poling Supervisor shall be required to manage Poling crews from a site level on behalf of KTL. This includes the completion of particular projects delivered Right First Time, to H&S standards and within budget.

Needs to Have

• At least three to five years’ experience in a similar role with a proven understanding of the OHL Poling Standards
• Strong understanding of project methodology and experience in delivering
• Live poling Experience desirable but not required projects Excellent oral and written communications User of MS Office package, and other app-based platforms (.ie ArcGIS)
• Strong organizational ability to look after multiple poling

Needs to do

• Supervise KTL and sub-contractors poling crews assigned to projects
• Ensure site works are properly scoped, and any issues identified are reported in a timely manner to the project team.
• Ensure projects / site are completed safely, on time, to client quality standards and within budget
• Establish and maintain quality standards and project methodology across all site works. Complete site safety and quality audits in line with project KPIs
• Ensure health and safety compliance is maintained in accordance with KTL’s and Client policies.
• Undertake all necessary actions and support to facilitate achievement of the delivery of project/s targets in terms of time [programme], cost and quality
• Be fully familiar with client specifications and ensure all project teams are aware of and deliver on technical requirements.
