Job summary

Kepak Group in Athleague, Co. Roscommon, is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join the operations team in the factory. You will take on duties across production, storage, cleaning, and safety under the direction of your supervisor.

The role involves meeting production targets, working in cold environments at times, and may be stressful. Training and development are provided, with on-site facilities and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience is highly beneficial.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
• Health status allowing regular and efficient service.
• Good character and ability to obtain confidential reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line, packing, cleaning and distribution.
• Set up line and complete checks based on daily plan.
• Report breakages or faults to Line Supervisor.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
