Hidden Hearing Ireland is seeking a Trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser based in Leinster to provide high-quality care to patients and help them benefit from hearing devices.

As part of a team of hearing healthcare professionals, you will conduct tests, recommend devices, process orders, and deliver excellent after-care support. OTE is circa €100K per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and clear spoken English.
• Audiology background or equivalent qualification.
• Experience meeting sales targets and working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing tests and advise on suitable devices.
• Process orders and ensure patient satisfaction with devices.
• Provide after-care support and address patient questions promptly.
