• Experience in third party oversight, vendor relationship governance, and risk management principles.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting third-party relationships.
• Ability to interpret risk assessments and due diligence outputs.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Strong contract governance and lifecycle management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of third-party supplier engagements from onboarding through termination.
• Ensure engagements comply with internal TPO standards and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate supplier inventories and portfolio reporting.
• Monitor portfolio health, risks, and remediation activities.
