J.P. Morgan is seeking a TPO Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of third-party engagements across the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to TPO standards, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

You will act as a central liaison among business owners, risk, legal, and technology teams, coordinating onboarding, due diligence, contract lifecycle, and remediation efforts to maintain governance, resilience, and supplier performance. This role sits within JP Morgan Asset & Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in third party oversight, vendor management, and supplier governance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting third-party relationships.
• Experience managing complex supplier portfolios and remediation programs.
• Strong contract governance and lifecycle management expertise.
• Ability to interpret risk assessments and due diligence outputs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate governance and oversight of a portfolio of supplier engagements from onboarding through termination.
• Ensure compliance with internal TPO standards, policies, and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate supplier inventories and portfolio reporting with metrics and executive updates.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding activities and required risk assessments.
• Facilitate engagement with review teams (InfoSec, Privacy, Compliance, Architecture, Legal, FVA).
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, novations, and terminations.
• Track renewals and proactively manage remediation or exit activities.
• Identify risks and remediation actions for regulatory readiness and audits.
• Manage sub-processor obligations and maintain public-facing listings.
